Parents of 1980’s never had the time to teach anything special because they were living with big family their actions were enough to make their children learn things and children were wiser enough to learn and respect . Today we are exposed to unlimited technology at very young age our children are exposed to everything they are inquisitive about and because of that they have tremendous confidence and sometimes early exposure to many things are harmful for their healthy growth too.but we can’t stop the direction of wind like that where the world is going most of the world will follow it, When we are all passing through the peek of technology we shouldn’t forget that everything is created by our own mind so there is nothing which is new but one thing is for sure different minds will create different things so we have to keep our eyes and mind open and have to follow that much which is not harmful for our mental physical and spiritual growth. Follow but with open eyes and open mind practice peace which is within us , but our own anxiety and restlessness make us do many things which are not needed and we end up doing more harm then good. All good things comes from a peaceful mind so we have to learn to be at peace everyday.Sitting under a tree or sitting in an open area with greenery is a good option .

Right way of living foundation, I don’t think so I can eradicate hunger , pain and homeless people from the planet but yes if the thought of helpiing the needy and and try to do something towards those who need us, Everyday if I will do A bit also then that is for sure that I will not forget that someone somewhere need us. I don’t ask anyone for money or anything to help the needy I believe how much I have from that I have to keep giving and keep sharing with those who all are in real need. My charity foundation is only for me and I really feel that all of us should have their own charity foundation and all should keep sharing something for those who all are in need . By doing so we can directly help and we will be sure that our help is going for real needy and satisfaction of giving will be one hundred 💯.

Life’s half task is won if we all start waking up early cause that is the most peaceful time to complete our many tasks without tension and worry. We will find the day to be very longer if we wake up as early as possible. Get up from the bed at 5, drink two glasses of warm water slowly indulge in some yoga and meditation read something meaningful and cook something healthy.Today will share with you a very simple and very very healthy recipe which you can eat with rice and bread . Boil whole green lentil (Moong)Soak the green moong as soon as you wake up in hot water after washing it nicely three times at least. Now in a pan let it boil on slow gas till it’s soft , add spices of your choice some olive oil and eat it hot with rice or bread, Get the habit of at least cooking something everyday will sure enjoy good health and happiness within.

We have to be very careful while choosing our food cause whatever is input the output will be same. Food should be very simple so that our stomach can digest it easily and we also feel comfortable the whole day, a very simple recipe but very healthy and can be cooked easily with simple easily available ingredients anywhere in the world . Lentil soup with market fresh seasonal vegetables and boil rice . Ingredients–Yellow lentil washed and soaked nicely, carrots, sweet guard, green beans, all washed and cubed, rice, salt , green chilli , curry leaves if available, and red chilli powder.Lemon for taste. Olive oil optional. First boil the lentil in a pan till it is soft now add all the cubed vegetables inside the lentil and boil till the vegetables are soft For taste now add chopped green chilli, curry leaves , salt and chilli powder according to taste and let the lentil enhance the flavor of all the spices so let it simmer for some time when you think it’s done properly close the gas and if you want add some lemon and little olive oil and serve hot with boil rice . Complete meal and you can always change different vegetables and lentils to give variety to your food .

Action is much easier for a healthy and well balanced body and mind.If we live with discipline then it’s not difficult to achieve a healthy and well dalanced mind.Its very simple to eat healthy food if we discard all the tin and stale food from our diet.Any food which is kept for a longer period of time can never be healthy no matter how many preservatives we add to keep it fresh but it’s considered as stale and unhealthy. We all have to be strong and always have to say no to stale food cause if we put stale food inside our body it takes very long to digest and lots of bacteria goes inside our body with that food, in the long term causes many skin problems and disease in our system.Its better to stay hungry then eating wrong food.
