Hi, it’s monsoon time and many of us are going through coughs colds and fever because monsoon times germs easily breed in any food and causes many types of harmful bacteria so all of us have to be very very cautious while eating out and cooking our food.we have to make sure that all our food is thoroughly washed and well cooked and it’s always advisable to eat hot food and light food during monsoon season.There is a secret ingredient in every kitchen and if some of us don’t have it,can buy it from any super market that ingredient is turmeric, it’s an Indian spice widely use in every Indian kitchen yellow powder and in India it’s called Haldi, Everyday in boiling water just put quarter teaspoon of turmeric and have it empty stomach everyday. it’s a wonderful healing agent for many small ailments and helps in building strong metabolic rate in the body. Just be cautious if your have too much heat inside your body then just have little less but it’s a wonderful ingredient and if taken daily sure your visits to doctors will be less,

Right way of living starts with right eating and right eating habits are scientifically proven that what we eat we behave like that. For eg when a person eat meat he or she is not eating food they are letting a life inside their body , before sometime it was a part of a life and that life had many habits as a living being and when we eat we take all of it’s hue and cry cause the amount of pain a being is gone through while killing for food is unbearable.As we learn and gain knowledge we become sensitive towards every life and become very very cautious while inflicting pain on any being.When a person drinks after sometime the alcohol in the wine starts showing its power and the real person is not there for some time, like that whatever we consume it shows it’s effect on our body and soul.We have to be aware of our daily routine and have to gain knowledge to live a happy and peaceful life by choosing a lifestyle where we can live without inflicting pain on other beings. Nothing is impossible if we try. The results are amazing .

An 🐜 ant, a 🐝 bee, a πŸ¦…,an πŸ¦“ πŸ¦’ πŸ¦” animal all 🌳 everything around us is contributing towards us to make our life better and beautiful so that we humans can live happy and healthy,just think over it why ? Why nature is giving us so much though we don’t leave any stone unturned to destroy its creations, what is so special about humans, though we keep commiting so many blunders after blunders and still Mother Nature keeps forgiving us and blessing us each and every moment. Bees 🐝 perform a task that is vital for the survival of agriculture pollination, one third of our food supply is pollinated by bees this basic knowledge is very important to understand why every being is so precious and why we shouldn’t disturb them, without them we humans wouldn’t have much to eat, as with other native organisms birds help maintain sustainable population levels of their preys and predator species and after death , proceed food for scavengers and decomposes, many birds are important in plant reproduction through their services as pollinators or seeds dispensers.Animals are the vital source of human growth that no one on the planet and no one can deny this fact Now come to humans , what we are doing to protect them? We boast of having the most intelligent race on the planet so that’s why we have the right to destroy everything , that’s why everyday we keep finding the ways how we can extract from their skin, their blood and from their every part something which makes us more healthier more beautiful, we are all living in a world where we all have become so selfish that we can’t see anything beyond us, we also have to understand that we all also can survive without disturbing other beings and can live happily and peacefully if we also try to maintain the balance with nature .lke these beautiful bees 🐝, birds πŸ¦… let’s all together we leave behind everything which we don’t need to carry Grudges, pain , sadness, fear , anxiety, and regrets! Don’t leave hope for living even for a span of second cause when there is no life, there is only pain in the hearts of our beloveds .we have to keep ourselves motivated to live,no matter what we are going through remember people take risks to enjoy and live happily many climb the highest of the mountains and many try to jump from the mountains by doing adventurous sports. Life is adventure and when nothing works just pack your bags and arrange for an adventurous trip.all the frustration will wash away from the brain and you will get new zest to live.when the brain start giving you wrong signals just ignore them and spend time with those who are cleaning roads or collecting our garbage at the age of eighty,Universe gives the toughest of the jobs to its chosen beings.

Is it the world of knowledge or ignorance?In our olden times people used to live hundred of years drinking water from wells and ponds and today though there is mineral water but still there are no minerals in our body and doctors prescribe each and everyone vitamins and minerals pills, olden days by eating mere simple form of oils and butter people-never complain of dangerous diseases but Today, though we are facilitated with double and triple filter butter and oils but still at such young age people are dying of heart and cholesterol problems, Before simple salt and simple wheat breads also made people stronger enough to work hard but today iodized salt and organic wheat also can’t-provide that energy to our youth to work day and night,Olden females were so strong that easily they could give birth to as many babies they wanted but for today’s females conceiving one child is also become a task,How many brands , how many organic products and how many claiming to be very healthy products are introduced in the market but still our youth is unhappy sad and depressed, why? Every day new technology, still we are finding the ways to go back to our roots,and all the organic olden authentic products are more expensive and we all are craving for that, it’s a proven fact all which is freshly cooked and freshly grown is the best for us.we have to learn from our ancestors the right ways to live happy and healthy. How our forefathers,our mothers or grannies, made life easier for them by simple living, we all should try and follow them, we shouldn’t get carried away by every product and every thing which is introduced in the market always believe in simple fresh homemade food with simple ingredients-which can help us live a lovely healthy and happy life. Formula to live happy is to care for others happiness and never create anything fake which takes away the happiness from others life.

Right way of living through 🌢 vegetarian diet 🌽

Ingredients :Wheat noodles, few properly washed and blanched spinach leaves, carrot πŸ₯• one whole,some green beans washed and finally little grated ginger and some water πŸ’¦ for spices,little salt, and if you like spicy 🌢 one chilli finely chopped and one spoon sesame oil .put water in a pan for boiling all the vegetables along with ginger and add all the spices too when the vegetables are tender enough to eat add blanched noodles inside the vegetables, simmer for few seconds, on top sprinkle sesame oil and serve hot and enjoy. It’s a lovely instant vegetarian dish and very healthy too and if you really want to make more healthy can add a few pieces of soya tofu in the boiling 🍝 noodles. I’m sure you will sure try this-vegetarian noodles for any of your meal, after reading my blog that-how healthy vegetarian food is for our mind body and soul. We are born a beautiful selfless lovely child but over the time we built so much inside that when we leave we are a strong egoistic being, why can’t when we leave we are the same selfless lovely child?it’s really a very difficult task for all of us but lots can be achieved if we try from the day we are born, now the question arises small child will follow what he or she has been taught. The duty of every guardian is to teach such values without question to children that they learn to live happy healthy and balanced life and by the time they grow they have so much positivity inside them that negativity of the world will least affect them. The whole world is celebrating yoga day, since from many centuries in India people are practicing yoga to make themselves spiritually and mentally strong and balanced so that they can overcome all the adversities in their life, we all should introduce yoga and meditation to our children the day they step into this world if we really want to see change in their lives.There is a vast magazine of power and knowledge within all of us, It’s just we have to remain active in the multifarious activities of our life so to keep our mind steadfast in the universe we all have to be be focused, and will have to introduce love and generosity to our children. We will have to built self confidence,independent judgement powers,indomitable will and make them practice self control and self mastery and without too much arguments make them strive for self realization. Yoga is believed to open every part of our mind body and soul, it stimulates self love trust, loving kindness to others and unconditional love and destroys all diseases and awakens our inner energy which travels from mind to body and ultimately to the soul.
