Right way of living

Doing yoga and eating right is a form of self respect.The first step to rightvway of yoga is to wake up early and second is to go slow when we wake up from the bed we have to relax and pray for a span of time and touch the Mother Earth šŸŒ and after our morning cleanse up we can go for our yoga moves,there is rising sun always waiting for us to offer us the unlimited positive energy,just by doing simple salutations to the sun we can start performing our yoga moves. Simple stretching with the rising sun can do wonders to our body but we don’t have to forget to be discipline and constant.
