Right way of living

Once we get habitual and start waking up early the first best thing which we enjoys is the bigger day and a relaxing mind cause when the world is sleeping and we are awaken we are at peace with ourselves and at that time we can perform many of our plan schedules on time or before time,yoga is not only performing body movements but yoga is healing of our body mind and soul and for that we have to go very very slow like a tortoise then only we can win the battle of mind body and soul. First step of yoga is to wake up early in the morning and the second step is to learn to be at peace with our own self. The third step for yoga 🧘‍♀️ in my next blog till then go slow and enjoy peace ✌🏼 and start practicing yoga 🧘‍♀️ but on a very slow mode.
