Yummy recipe for breakfast. Vegetable oats. Ingredients -for making one bowl of oats all we need is 50gm rolled oats, green zucchini one small and few pieces of French beans , some raisins, almonds, walnuts. Salt according to taste and few drops of olive oil and water for cooking. Method- Some water in the oats and cook it till it’s half cooked now add all the vegetables and salt and olive oil optional and stir it nicely when the porridge is ready pour it in a bowl and sprinkle nuts and raisins . Your yummy healthy breakfast is ready which will Keeps you full till lunch.enjoy it in your breakfast till I come with another healthy recipe for breakfast.
