Whenever in our life we feel the turbulence ,we should prepare to go one step higher in the journey of our life. We should learn to overcome the adverse situations of our life with zest. Sometimes the time comes when so many negative thoughts, so many negative feelings about others keeps coming and going in our brain and we feel so helpless during such times. We have to learn to overcome everything which doesn’t make any sense for us as well for others and have to stick to our positive our good thoughts and good feelings towards every being . Somewhere from our heart we don’t want to think anything wrong about anyone but during the time when we feel down we might think that things are not happening in our favour because of others but actually it’s nothing like that whatever good or bad we experience it’s all our thought process.
